It integrates instant messaging, voice calls, conference calls, attendance check-in and approval applications, enabling users to access its comprehensive communication and OA office functions via mobile and desktop clients. While government agencies and enterprises enhance work efficiency through digital transformation, they also face prominent risks of state secrets and corporate information leakage. Therefore, ensuring the cybersecurity of such data is critically important. MOA Smart Enterprise Collaborative Work Platform supports private deployment, with business servers, voice/conference servers and message servers deployed locally. All data is encrypted during transmission to deliver robust data security. The platform supports external calls through operator-provided telephone lines and public telephone network connections. In addition, the client can connect to IPPBX simultaneously, allowing office calls via the mobile application. The platform supports business customization to maximally meet diverse operational needs. The VoIP voice private network system adopts a two-level architecture, where the municipal Education Bureau serves as the first-level core exchange office, and each school functions as the second-level access office. All affiliated schools are interconnected with the core node of the Education Bureau through dedicated optical fiber lines, while the municipal Education Bureau accesses the operator’s voice network via IMS trunks or E1 trunks to enable full-network outbound calls.

For the equipment on the voice private network, internal numbers are uniformly planned and managed. The entire education system realizes mutual dialing through extension short numbers, with all internal calls being free of charge.
